Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@cosbita.com. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Personalized products, gift cards, and products that have been worn or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
